The article is dedicated to the sociological analysis of the influence of housing and utilities services on the conditions of healthy lifestyle of the population of municipal formations. The article also shows the possibility and need for the use for evaluating the quality of services together with the traditional interval estimations of random variables, such indices as asym-metry, excess, which make it possible to obtain a more complete characteristic of concrete service ZhKKh.
