Understanding the features of professional readiness for innovation contributes to the quality training of future specialists in the field of public administration. The research is based on the analysis of the concepts «readiness for professional activity» and «readiness for the innovative activity». Special attention is paid to the study of the factors and components of readiness for innovation in the field of public administration, as well as the requirements for future specialists.
