N.A. Stepanova, R.M. Karimov, M.A. Kudrina TRAINING OF STUDENTS FOR WORK IN RUSSIAN STUDENT GROUPS

The relevance of the research lies in the fact that the use of electronic educational resources (EER) to train students for work in Russian student groups (RSG) as one of the directions for solving the problems of youth employment and the shortage of “narrow” specialists is relatively new. The proposed approach emphasizes the novelty of the research: the use of EER in the preparation of students studying in the field of study 08.03.01 “Construction” to work in the RSG. EER usage in the process of preparing students for work in the RSG is the subject of the study. Systematization and analysis of
pedagogical and psychological literature are the methods of the research.
