The presented article considers the methodology of career guidance testing of university applicants developed by the authors, implemented in the form of a web application posted on the university website. The result of the application is the issuance of a recommendation on the choice of areas of training carried out at the university. The proposed methodology is based on the use of classical tests designed to identifying the field of professional training, as well as their combinations, forming multidimensional preference matrices and integrating the results of individual tests. The developed web application was tested during the student admission campaign. Its use allowed applicants to approach the choice of their future profession more mindfully. The advantages of this application include the possibility of its use in other universities after the appropriate setting of the list of specialties of a particular university, as well as the possibility of including additional career guidance tests.
