The article deals with issues that reflect the current problems of using distance learning with students of educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia in physical training classes. Distance learning is a continuous education based on an optimal combination of various forms of training and retraining in the context of integrating the professional and personal space of students. It is a purposeful activity to form and maintain professional skills, necessary for solving operational, service and combat tasks in modern conditions of professional activity of students.
