The article deals with the system development process of a multi-ethnic culture of bachelors. The author proves the combination of such components as target, cognitive, personality, activity and evaluation which are aimed at the increase of the system of multi-ethnic knowledge, skills, qualities and experience to acquire them, given the complexity of the search activity types, based on the principles: humanity, integration, continuity, the dialogue between cultures and inter-disciplinary principle. It is shown that the efficiency of the process was achieved through the implementation of educational – methodical complex (program, content modules, a set of tools to study materials) and pedagogical conditions for effective multi-ethnic, intercultural interaction. Local history material, as part of the content, an essential level of the development process-ethnic culture, a means of education of the person is also substantiated. The peculiarities of the means on the basis of local history materials are developed that affect the search of multiethnic information, the meaning of a multiethnic fact, taking into account the effects of content of variant and invariant content areas.
