A.N. Dolgikh ON THE HISTORY OF THE PREPARATION OF THE PEASANT REFORM IN RUSSIA: THE VIEW OF G. V. PLEKHANOV

The article is devoted to the views of the outstanding Russian Marxist thinker
G. V. Plekhanov (1856–1918) on the question of the prehistory of the peasant reform of 1861. Based on the analysis of a number of his publications on this subject, in some cases, the point of view is expressed, which is not quite usual for Russian historiography, about his assessments of the history of the peasant question in Russia on the distant approaches to this reform.
