The article presents the results of the study of the problem of using modern educational technologies in order to improve the management of employment of the population in the municipality. This topic has a high degree of relevance, given the trends in the development of the sphere of labor and employment in modern Russia. The object of the research is employment in the municipal entity of Lipetsk. The main research method is modeling.
