The article deals with an approach to the development of corporate culture maturity from the aspect of management concept based on rationality and values. Foresight projecting is proofed to make a mechanism following the approach mentioned and allowing to gradually transfer from rigid determinative managing directions towards soft subject-subject co-operation. The milestones of moving through from ‘as is’ to the ‘to be’ state of corporate culture is de-scribed.
