The article considers the problem of professional and personal inertness in the activities of the personnel of preschool educational institutions in Lipetsk region. Based on the results of empirical research it has been revealed that personal and professional inertia of workers of preschool educational institutions affects cognitive, motivational and activity of their scope of professionalism.
