D.A. Rodivilova CASTE FACTOR IN THE INDIAN POLITICS IN 2015-2017 (ON THE MATERIALS OF TAMIL NADU AND BIHAR)

The article discusses the role of the caste factor in the political struggle at the state level -at the elections to the Legislative Assembly, and at the national level –at the presidential elections on the example of two diametrically opposite states –Bihar and Tamil Nadu.
