O.P. Zhalmenova RELIGION AND POLICY IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE KHIVIN JADIDES -YOUNG HABBINS: (HISTORIOGRAPHIC VIEW)

The article analyses historiographic assessments of the influence of religious and political factors on the formation of the ideology of Jadids and Young Hohivians new socio-political groups at the be-ginning of the 20th century. The comparative historical method helped to reveal the contradictory trends and evolution of the attitudes of the authors of the 20th -early 21st centuries to the role of Islam and politics in the activities of these groups.
