The article from modern positions of education, science and practice generalizes, systematizes, analyzes and discribes the organizational and methodic bases of psychological and pedagogical, sports and pedagogical training of future specialists in adaptive physical culture for professional and practical activities in system of higher education of Lugansk People’s Republic. The system of psychological and pedagogical, sports and pedagogical training of future specialists in adaptive physical culture in institutions of higher education of Lugansk People’s Republic has special structure and content, and requires to implement an integrated and holistic approach to its construction and use. Structural and substantial levels of this system and the principle of specialization have been placed a special emphasis to in the article.
