The article discusses the results of monitoring the implementation in 2023 of a regional project to provide systematic targeted assistance to general education organizations with risks of low educational results of students “Schools that can be trusted”. The effectiveness criteria considered in the monitoring are: the positive effects of the project; the use of analytics within the framework of the project to improve the effectiveness of the internal system for assessing the quality of education in educational institutions; the expectations of participants from the project for the next year; identification of the main problems that make it difficult to manage the transition of the school to an effective mode of operation during the implementation of the project. Practical recommendations for overcoming the identified difficulties and further development of the project are formulated. The methodology of the project for the creation and implementation of anti-risk programs is recommended for developing schools, as it creates conditions for improving the quality of education and organizing work to prevent school failure.
