Stoyanov A.S. Game interaction as a factor in the development of preschool children’s speech skills: experts’ expectations

This article analyzes the problem of the influence of game interaction on the development of preschoolers’ speech skills. New forms of game interaction have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the formation of speech skills. The sociological research was carried out using an expert survey using a random nested sample of experts. This survey is closer in its characteristics to a formalized interview, pursuing the goals of a qualitative study of the development of speech skills with further sociological analysis of the data obtained. The sociological study was of a pilot nature and can be further used as a basis for more in-depth and representative research. The article concludes that active game interaction contributes to the formation of preschoolers’ speech; speech skills, in turn, contribute to the development of the child’s communicative abilities; the development of speech skills is more effective when included in the game. The most effective development is carried out in story-role-playing and theatrical games, when 2-3 children aged 3-5 years take part in them.
