Abstract

The article aims to present the process of managing the development of human resources at the university. Modeling of the human resource development management system in a higher professional educational establishment is a necessary tool for ensuring high-quality education and training of competent specialists. The implementation of this model requires an integrated approach, including both an analysis of the current state and the active implementation of innovative solutions. Ultimately, successful human resource management at a university affects the level of professionalism of teachers and the competitiveness of graduates, which becomes the key to the sustainable development of an educational institution in a dynamic education market. This study provides a theoretical justification for the advantages of modeling a unified management system, where all components are interconnected and interdependent and influence each other. Also, during the research, a structural and functional model of the human resource development management system in a higher professional educational institution was developed.
