The article presents the findings of a study that examined the efficacy of a project designed to enhance fine motor skills in individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome). The project is founded on the implementation of the author’s methodology, designated ‘Ladoshki-ff’, and the principle of ‘FingerFit’. Over a period of three months, the children participated in a programme designed to enhance their fine motor skills, both under supervision of specialists and at homes, in the company of their parents. The final testing demonstrated positive outcomes in relation to the fine motor skills components, including a reduction in motor errors and motor entropy, alongside an enhancement in perception and information processing speed.
